Does anyone have any more insight on this situation or a similar situation? I do not want to use the live chat again to contact adobe but do not know how else to reach them. I did some more research and found an article saying the create cloud app was a virus in itself? I don't think thats true because I use it daily and have never had an issue until this. Many forum members use Adobe software in production every day, so they can have useful insights and are sometimes aware of problems before they’re officially documented by Adobe, or become known to tech support. I tried to let them know something was wrong and they ignored it and would not allow me to have control back, I had to literally fight for the mouse until I managed to click the end chat button. Immedietly after that I started to get fake notifications and pop ups that were definitely a virus. As soon as I downloaded the software and gave them control, they started to go to sketchy looking sites and download some weird software. The agent I spoke with asked if they could control my screen and I obliged (big mistake, definitely should have thought that through) because I assumed since it was directly through the creative cloud application it was legit. Selecting a region changes the language and/or content on few days ago my fonts were not syncing and troubleshooting wasn't working so I contacted Adobe through creative cloud on the live chat. ![]() Users in various roles can review the policy to ascertain the supported app versions and the timeframe of support for these Creative Cloud plans.
